Michael and Alicia Sheehan are the husband-and-wife team behind Sheehan Living with CENTURY 21 Broadhurst, proudly serving Myrtle Beach, the Grand Strand, and surrounding South Carolina communities. Together, they combine over a decade of real estate experience with a client-first approach built on communication, integrity, and personalized service.
Alicia brings more than 10 years of industry experience with a strong background in transaction coordination, contracts, and negotiations. Her deep understanding of the buying and selling process allows clients to feel confident, informed, and supported from start to finish. Real estate has been a lifelong passion for Alicia, rooted in her appreciation for architecture, community, and the unique story every property holds. Whether helping clients purchase their first home, find the perfect investment property, or transition into a new chapter, she is committed to creating a seamless and rewarding experience.
Michael is a United States Marine Corps veteran and retired member of the Air National Guard who brings leadership, dedication, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset to every transaction. With a master’s degree in communication from Arizona State University, he is known for guiding buyers and sellers with clarity, honesty, and confidence. His approachable personality and strong communication skills help clients feel comfortable and empowered throughout the process.
After relocating from Idaho to South Carolina in 2023, Michael and Alicia quickly fell in love with the coastal lifestyle, vibrant communities, and welcoming atmosphere of the Grand Strand. As both real estate professionals and a family raising two daughters in the area, they understand that buying or selling a property is more than just a transaction — it’s a major life moment.
